Refund Policy

  • If the registration is canceled by a parent/guardian before the registration period closes, CYO will refund the program fee minus the convenience fee.
  • If the registration is canceled by a parent/guardian after the registration closes and before the player is assigned to a team roster,  CYO will refund the program fee minus a $30.00 administrative fee minus the convenience fee.  If the program fee is less than $30.00 (ex. tryouts), no refund will be granted. 
  • If the registration is canceled by a parent/guardian after the player is assigned to a team roster and before the first sanctioned game or practice, CYO will refund 35% of the program fee minus the convenience fee.  If the program fee is less than $30.00 (ex. tryouts), no refund will be granted.
  • No refunds will be issued after the first sanctioned game or practice.
  • Late fees are non-refundable.
  • If the CYO season is canceled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, a pro-rated refund net of costs will be provided and determined by the length of the season completed.
  • Any other request for a refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
