Mark Reilly
St. Rose CYO proudly extends congratulations to Mark Reilly for his well-deserved recognition as the 2023 CYOLI Role Model of the Year. As a dedicated CYO Executive Board member, Mark goes above and beyond in overseeing our Intramural Basketball program for grades K-8 and has played a pivotal role in enhancing our Travel and Intramural Volleyball program. Mark's outstanding qualities, including compassion, teamwork, leadership, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, significantly contribute to the success and vibrancy of our program. His willingness to devote time and energy to help the youth in our community is nothing short of amazing. In the inspiring words of William J. Msgr. Daniel J Hurley
We are thrilled to announce that Msgr. Daniel J. Hurley, esteemed pastor emeritus of St. Rose of Lima Church, Massapequa, NY, has been chosen as the 2012 CYOLI Role Model of the Year. Msgr. Hurley served as Pastor of St. Rose of Lima from 1995 until his retirement in 2008, leaving an indelible mark on our community. Msgr. Dan's unwavering support for St. Rose CYO and the youth in our community has been a source of inspiration for many. In recognition of his dedicated service, the St. Rose Gymnasium proudly bears the name "Msgr. Daniel J. Hurley Gymnasium." This serves as a lasting tribute to his unwavering spirit of service and dedication.
