Refund Policy.
Refund requests must be submitted to St. Rose CYO for review.
If a parent/guardian cancels a registration before the registration period closes, CYO will refund the program fee, minus any non-refundable convenience fee.
If a parent/guardian cancels a registration after registration closes but before the player is assigned to a team roster, CYO will refund the program fee, minus a $30 administrative fee and any non-refundable convenience fee. If the program fee is less than $30, no refund will be issued.
If a parent/guardian cancels a registration after the player is assigned to a team roster but before the first sanctioned game or practice, CYO will refund 35% of the program fee, minus any non-refundable convenience fee. If the program fee is less than $30, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued after the first sanctioned game or practice.
Late fees and administrative fees are non-refundable.
If a CYO season is canceled, any refund will be determined by St. Rose CYO based on the length of the season completed and any costs already incurred.
Any other refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
